ubuntu mplayer 재생 문제...

Gentoo(x86-64)에서는 매우 매끄럽게 잘 나오는데,
Ubuntu(kubuntu,feisty,x86)에서는 아래와 같은 메시지와 함께
엄청나게 버벅거립니다.
-vo 옵션을 gl2,x11,xv로 줘도 다 마찬가지이구요,
-ao옵션도 대세에는 영향이 없습니다.
사실상 framedrop이 동작하지 않는 것 같군요.
(totem은 divx5에 버그가 있다고 재생자체가 안되네요.)

시스템은 amd64 Dual Core(3800+,2GHz) 입니다.

Possible reasons, problems, workarounds:
- Most common: broken/buggy _audio_ driver
  - Try -ao sdl or use the OSS emulation of ALSA.
  - Experiment with different values for -autosync, 30 is a good start.
- Slow video output
  - Try a different -vo driver (-vo help for a list) or try -framedrop!
- Slow CPU
  - Don't try to play a big DVD/DivX on a slow CPU! Try some of the lavdopts,
    e.g. -vfm ffmpeg -lavdopts lowres=1:fast:skiploopfilter=all.
- Broken file
  - Try various combinations of -nobps -ni -forceidx -mc 0.
- Slow media (NFS/SMB mounts, DVD, VCD etc)
  - Try -cache 8192.
- Are you using -cache to play a non-interleaved AVI file?
  - Try -nocache.
